We design instruments and policy proposals to improve the competitiveness of the sector are among our main goals. We analyze the scope of the current environmental framework and the projects advanced by the Executive and Legislative powers of every jurisdiction. This analysis includes the applicability of the proposals and the cost-benefit relation in terms of business and environmental sustainability.
We raise consciousness of the importance of striking a balance between our industrial development and environmental sustainability among our associates and the public opinion. We divulge the main contributions to society carried out by industries in these matters, and the responsibility that the sector has in environmental issues that might have a regional or global scope. Addressing environmental issues allows us to consolidate positions, advance on different proposals and alternatives to the authorities in the matter to articulate perspectives and agree on an integral proposal. Thus, we aim at creating the necessary conditions to achieve an eco-efficient industry and raise the competitiveness of the associated companies.
We promote the exchange of information, managerial experiences and technologies in order to foster the improvement of the environmental performance of Argentine industries.
