Services to Members

UIA members receive support oriented to the designing, spreading and execution of different programs aimed at the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in six areas:

Financing

Linking and advice on credit lines for industrial development, offered by the following entities:

Work risk

Through an agreement with the Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo, the members of the institution receive advice on hygiene and safety. In addition, they can make specific inquiries about procedures, communication with work risk insurances, prevention rules and information about the legal framework.

Technology and quality

Through the Unidad de Vinculación Tecnológica and IRAM, the associated entities receive guidance on issues related to technological innovation, regulations for the improvement of their production processes and development of technical regulations.

Internationalization

In order to provide guidance regarding internationalization to the SME sector, the UIA offers specific programs:

  • ENN Argentina: European Union’s program aimed at supporting SMEs and research centers in the area of innovation, both in European countries and in markets in other regions.
  • “Transferencia de mejores prácticas desde la red EEN”: funded by the Al Invest 5.0 program, this project aims to contribute to the diffusion of best practices in the field of assistance in technology transfer processes and access to European financing programs of R&D.
  • Ruta Global: The project is funded by Al Invest 5.0 and aims to professionalize the SME consulting model of Business Organizations (OEs) in Latin America. The program provides a business plan method for the internationalization of companies.

Training

  • GAN Argentina (Red Global de Aprendizaje): its objective is to strengthen and link business initiatives in terms of skills and job opportunities for young people.
  • Seminars and training cycles that improve the technical capabilities of our members.
