Our main goal is to design and elaborate tax policy proposals to improve the competitiveness of the sector. We analyze different tributary matters at the national, provincial and municipal levels, in order to inform and advise our associates on the latest novelties related to taxes.
With the help of the professionals of the department, we analyze the current legal framework, related jurisprudence and other points of interest regarding tax policy. In order to do this, we create spaces of interaction with officials of different areas and jurisdictions, with whom we also organize seminars and events in order to discuss proposals for the design of policies that promote competitiveness in an integral way.
We carry out a constant follow-up of the different agendas at the national, provincial and municipal levels in order to inform our associates on the impact of the different taxes on the productive sector. We also present requests and claims before the governmental bodies competent in tax matters.
All business entities and chambers associated to UIA can appoint members to take part in the activities organized by the department.
